Pakistan’s military announced on September 11, 2025, the elimination of 19 Indian-backed terrorists during three intelligence-based operations (IBOs) conducted in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province. Operation Overview
According to ISPR, operations took place between September 9 and 10, targeting terrorist hideouts in Mohmand, South Waziristan and Bannu districts of KP. Security forces neutralized a group of militants following an intense firefight in Mohmand and subsequent operations led to additional terrorist deaths throughout South Waziristan and Bannu; weapons, ammunition and explosives recovered from fallen militants indicate their role in attacks against Pakistani security forces and civilians.
